Here are a few fun ones
This year's event will be held at the Elizabeth Peratrovich Hall. This beautiful newly remodeled venue is located in the heart of downtown Juneau and will be a lovely place to come together to support the hospital.
Bartlett Beginnings Baby Box Project
The Gala’s Fund-A-Need campaign this year is a partnership with Bartlett Beginnings to fund a Baby Box program. The box is a starter kit of clothes, first aid, blankets and toys. It can also be used as a bed that helps protect new babies from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) by providing safe sleep.
For 75 years, Finland's expectant mothers have been given a Baby Box by the state. It helped Finland achieve one of the world's lowest infant mortality rates. We are excited to partner with Bartlett Beginnings to implement this time tested, yet progressive solution to keep Bartlett babies safe and healthy.
